Your records

You control when recording starts and stops. Obtain any consent required when recording other people. Keep your own backups. AI may make transcription or association mistakes; original recordings and text remain the source and you can correct event links.

Optional membership

One membership is offered with weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewal. The actual localized price and period are displayed by StoreKit and Apple's confirmation screen. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings. No free trial or unlimited AI usage is promised.

Cloud AI is subject to the configured request allowance, file and duration limits, frequency and service availability. Existing local records, exports and your own file archive are not locked when membership expires. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Data and availability

AI processing requires separate consent to the privacy policy. iCloud delivery is controlled by Apple, and a local file write does not prove remote delivery. Background transfers depend on devices and system conditions. The service is not an emergency, medical, legal or financial decision service.

The Apple Standard EULA applies to the App Store app unless a separate valid agreement is provided. Final terms require operator review before public release.
